What are your service hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and on Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Our Techchians work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm.  
Do you charge cancelation fees?
No, we don’t charge for cancelations as long that it is within a 24 hr time frame before the cleaning is scheduled. If we come to your house  and we are unable to get in or to start our service, you will be issued a driving time fee.
How about if it is raining?
If it is raining on the day that you are scheduled, we will come to get the insides done and then reschedule to get the outsides on a better weather day.
Can I reschedule my service?
Of course! we wil be happy to accomadate you to another date in case you’ve got an unexpect event, but unless you are in a  emergency event, please let us know at least 24 hours before of your cleaning day.

How do you background your cleaners?
We run a criminal background check for all PearTree window technicians and we interview each one of them in person. Before they go to the field, they must perform highly trained and professional tasks until we are confident they will do each job to meet your expectations.
Will always have the same team?
We always keep the same crew manager for every visit, but the team might change depending on the season.  
Can I get same day service?
Yes, if our calendar has an available time, you are welcome to schedule same day service.
How long does a service take?
Typically, our Standard Service takes three hours for a house of 20 windows to be cleaned, but it might take longer or shorter dependig on certain condtions such as type of windows, story level or for how long the windows have not been  professioanlly cleaned.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No, you will be charged just after completion and we make payments as simple as possible. We currently accept credit cards, check , cash, and Venmo. We use  secure third party payment system, Square, where your credit card details are encrypted for security purpose.      
How far does Peartree cover?
We cover all Cape Cod, South Shore and surroud areas. If we do not currently serve your area, please send us an email  and enter your contact info here  and we might open an exception for you.
Do I need to be home?
However we recommend you or someone else to be home for the first time visit, it is not really necessary. If you can’t be home for any reason just provide us access to get in, providing us the key entry and alarm code in case there is one. We will make sure everything will be placed back exactly as we found it.
How does pricing work?
We charge by the window, each window and door are counted individually, no matter their size or type, and the total amount is taken by their average unit price.
